A Tribute to My Fair Lady

The Rain in Spain. I Could Have Danced All Night. Wouldn't It Be Loverly. With a Little Bit of Luck. So many wonderfully singable tunes. So many that we categorize this as a "singing" rather than a "dancing" musical. In fact, the Lerner and Loewe songs were deemed so important by the powers that be at Warner Bros. that they refused to let star Audrey Hepburn sing them. Go-to-singer Marni Nixon was called in to dub in the songs. But that fact does not take anything away from Audrey Hepburn's captivating portrayal of Eliza Doolittle in this lusciously shot and staged musical. So move your bloomin' arse and start enjoying our Tribute to My Fair Lady.
