Glory Synopsis


Matthew Brockerick leads the heroic all-black 54th regiment of the Massachusett's Volunteer Infantry on the ultimately futile but heroically fought attack on Fort Wagner. Excellent acting from Broderick and Morgan Freeman. Co-star Denzel Washington won a Best Supporting Oscar for his work as runaway slave turned wartime leader, Trip.
