A Tribute to Sigourney Weaver

Sigourney Weaver learned her craft at Stanford and Yale and then earned her fame on a space ship called Nostromo. Classically trained and Shakespeare friendly, this talented actress has spent much of her career fighting aliens with big guns. It's a testament to her range that she is equally entertaining in dramas, comedies and action adventures. We salute her many acting accomplishments in our Tribute to Sigourney Weaver.

New on DVD

Sigourney Weaver's most recent movie, Baby Mama , is now available on DVD.

Now in Theaters

Sigourney Weaver provides a voice for the animated movie The Tale of Despereaux based on a children's book about a mouse, a rat and peasant girl. Sigourney is the narrator.

Coming Soon

While Sigourney Weaver is out promoting Tale of Despereaux, reporters are begging her for information about her Avatar role. "My lips are sealed about the fabulous 3 D adventure of Avatar", she replied.. And so it remains highly secretive. She did tease about another Alien movie for Ellen Ripley and even suggested the possibility of a Ghostbusters 3. Sounds like she's having fun out there on the promotion trail.
