A Tribute to Sigourney Weaver

Sigourney Weaver learned her craft at Stanford and Yale and then earned her fame on a space ship called Nostromo. Classically trained and Shakespeare friendly, this talented actress has spent much of her career fighting aliens with big guns. It's a testament to her range that she is equally entertaining in dramas, comedies and action adventures. We salute her many acting accomplishments in our Tribute to Sigourney Weaver.

Sigourney Weaver provides a voice for the animated movie The Tale of Despereaux based on a children's book about a mouse, a rat and peasant girl. Sigourney is the narrator.

The next time we will actually see Sigourney Weaver on the screen we will really really see her because it will be in the James Cameron directed 3D sci fi Avatar. Scheduled for release December 2009. We will definitely keep you up to date on this.
