Annette Bening is set to begin filming her new movie Mother and Child. She will play Naomi Watts' mother who gave her up for adoption. Annette Bening is 50 and Naomi Watts is 40 but oh well it's movie math, we're okay with that.

And also this year, Annette Bening co-stars with Julianne Moore in The Kids Are Alright an Indy comedy about a lesbian couple whose children go looking for their "sperm donor" father.
