A Tribute to William Holden
William Holden made nearly seventy movies over the course of his forty year career but surprisingly he didn't really enjoy his chosen profession nor did he feel he was particularly good at it. He was wrong about the last fact, though. William Holden was quite good at what he did. Who can forget him, at his masculine and handsome best as the disillusioned screenwriter, the dashing playboy, the hopeless drifter, the determined POW ... we salute a very distinguished career in our Tribute to William Holden.

Paramount has released a remastered version of Sabrina as part of its Centennial Collection. The extras include a 24 minute mini -documentary biography of William Holden.
What's New
William Holden was an avid art collector. He bequeathed his collection to the Palm Springs Museum of Art. The Museum says "The William Holden Collection is as eclectic and extensive as the donor's interests were. His curiosity was boundless in his desire to learn more about the arts and people of all cultures."
