"King of the World" director James Cameron willed his titanic vision into existence amid controversy and at a cost of 200 million, to portray a luxury liner that cost 7.5 million to build. But he immerged triumphant with three Oscars in hand. His visions have always been big with such successes as The Terminator, Aliens and The Abyss. McG the director of Terminator Salvation has been talking to reporters about how he approached taking over the helm of the Terminator franchise.
McG met with James Cameron, director of the first two Terminators. "I didn't want to feel like the guy who gave birth to the 'Terminator' was against what we're doing," McG says. "I told Cameron we wanted to reinvigorate 'Terminator.' Cameron said, 'I'm not going to endorse your movie. I reserve the right to hate it, but I wish you well.'" Gee way to support the new guy.

Avatar gets bigger and bigger. We knew it was being shot in 3D but now James Cameron has announced that it will be released on Imax screens.
The $200 million dollar sci-fi epic will be shown in 3-D and combine live action and digital technology way beyond anything that has ever been down before.
"This film is a true hybrid - a full live action shoot, with CGI characters in CGI and live environments," said Mr. Cameron. "Ideally, at the end of the of day, the audience has no idea which they're looking at."
It's 150 years in the future and a paralyzed war veteran is given the opportunity to go to the planet Pandora to exist as an avatar, another version of himself. The natives of the planet are not friendly however. Rumors are that the aliens are 10 feet tall and blue. Although the poster reads May 2009 the release date has already been pushed back to December.
