A Tribute to Ben Affleck

Winning an Academy Award at the very beginning of his career sent Ben Affleck on a great and strange trajectory. We've been more than happy to follow along. After spending the first act of his Hollywood life as a half of many duos (MattnBen, Ben and Gwyn, and god help him, Bennifer) he now gets to stand alone as an acclaimed director. That spate of bad movie roles seems to be over and we think he's back, baby, back. We want to lay it all out for you in the Destination Hollywood Tribute to Ben Affleck.

Coming Soon

Ben Affleck is part of an ensemble movie made from the relationship self help book He's Just Not That Into You due to be released in August 2008. In spite of the movie title his character marries Jennifer Anniston. Here's the trailer:

We are intrigued by the casting revolving door on the movie Ben is currently filming - State of Play. Ben replaced Edward Norton and Russell Crowe replaced Brad Pitt. The movie is based on a British television miniseries about an investigation into the murder of a congressman's girlfriend.

New on DVD

Ben Affleck's most recent movie, Gone Baby Gone , is now available on DVD.
