Baroness Karen Blixen (Meryl Streep) leaves her Danish homeland to start a coffee plantation in Nairobi in 1914 with her new husband (Klaus Maria Brandauer.) Before she even has a chance to unpack she meets her soul mate, free spirit big game hunter Denys Finch Hatton (Robert Redford.) Their star-crossed love affair is chronicled in this epic love story directed by Sydney Pollack.
