A Tribute to Samuel L. Jackson

Samuel L. Jackson has made an average of four movies a year for the last twenty years but it took him awhile to reach his current level of mega-stardom. You'll see him in small supporting roles in many of the best movies of the early nineties. By the late nineties he was elevated to co-star level, turning in some of his best performances opposite the big name actors of that time. It wasn't until the 2000's that he was headlining blockbusters of his very own. That's when he gained his own action figure in the Star Wars franchise, successfully maneuvered the potential minefield of recreating the action hero Shaft, strut his stuff as the evil super villain in Unbreakable and dealt with those snakes on that plane. These kinds of roles take a larger than life kind of actor and as our Destination Hollywood's Tribute will show you, Samuel L. Jackson fits the bill admirably.
