A Tribute to Seven

Filmed in the shadows and dimly lit rooms of the bad part of a dirty city, the literal darkness of this movie is the perfect metaphor for the darkness of the human spirit that director David Fincher explores in this frightening and disturbing but ultimately first class thriller. Morgan Freeman, Brad Pitt, Gwyneth Paltrow and Kevin Spacey square off in a story about two detectives who engage in a battle of wits with a crazed serial killer who is illustrating the seven deadly sins in gruesome fashion (but more on that later.) As they say in the movie, this isn't going to have a happy ending but it is a surprising one as you will discover in our Tribute to Seven.
